My kind of mindfulness - sunrise with a camera in hand. The lights an colours change so quickly, if you are distracted even for a second you could miss something. Mindfulness doesn't have to mean hours meditating (I personally struggle with meditation, I find it uncomfortable and boring), it simply means being fully and completely occupied with the present moment. I think this is why I love sunrises so much. With a scene like this before me, why would I want to be anywhere else? ⁠
What things do you count as mindful activities? Or if anyone has any meditation tips, I'm all ears 😂⁠
