The story these steps could tell. This was my Grandparents porch! The place where Granny would wait as we arrived down the gravel road to the farm.... where we had weepy goodbyes as we kicked each other in the butt... where nights of playing kick the can started... where we counted endless stars in the milky way and so many more incredible memories. During the holiday season my heart aches for this place... for a hug from my Grandma. Somedays are harder without her and my memories don’t suffice. I know this year has been tough... treasure the moments we get to hold our loved ones!!
