While many children have been able to continue learning remotely during COVID-19 school closures, in more isolated areas, like the Ecuadorian Amazon, online learning isn’t an option. Raiza, 11, has no internet access, cell phone or television at home and has been relying on weekly visits from her teacher to receive schoolwork.

UNICEF is calling for urgent investments to bridge the digital divide and ensure equal access to quality digital learning #ForEveryChild and young person.
