At Cedar Coast we conduct primary ecological research, and deliver ecological education programs to visiting school groups. This photo shows the departure of the last school group (Quest University Canada) to visit the Field Station prior to the Covid-related lockdown in March. It’s been a tough year with the station sitting mostly empty except a few staff. Still, I remain optimistic about next season and I hope to see many more young people arrive at the @cedar.coast dock with a readiness for immersive learning experiences. In the meantime any donations will help us to keep the lights on, continue our ecological research, and prepare for opening the doors to the public next season.
