Tonight I made a rack of lamb which serves four people generously. I love that the sauce is also the marinade which saves time so I can hangout with my family. Just use half the sauce to marinade the lamb and the other half to serve at dinner.⁠
⁠
Rack of lamb⁠
1/2 cup dijon mustard⁠
1/4 cup sugar free Caramel syrup by Choc Zero⁠
1/2 cup olive oil⁠
1 to 2 tsp lemon juice⁠
Redmond salt⁠
Garlic Lovers by Flavor God⁠
Pepper⁠
3 cloves garlic minced⁠
Rosemary, thyme or mint finely chopped⁠
⁠
Prepare the sauce and use 1/4 cup to marinade the lamb and the rest to be served on the side. Season and marinade the lamb for 30 minutes to one hour. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and rest the lamb for 10 minutes before serving. Happy Thanksgiving enjoy!⁠
