I wake up with an anxious dread of all the things that could go wrong between now and Friday, I’m naturally a pessimistic person with the hope that if I project enough positivity to the world, it will pay me back in the form of happiness and good times 🤞🏼 Today I had to film @daniellepeazermethod workouts, that to be honest, I could not be bothered to film (at all) 🙃 But then I flipped my thoughts and rather than seeing it as a chore, I realised how many people I’m helping or have helped so far and reminded myself of why I started DPM in the first place and my motivation kicked in. If it doesn’t make you feel good to know you’re helping someone else, then I’m not sure what will - so if you’re feeling how I feel most Monday mornings, remember why you started and the reasons/people you’re doing it for.
