This is just a simple shoulder burner I do at the end of a workout sometimes. Try it after your next workout for a little extra credit. 30 reps each (90 altogether.) try not to stop until all 90 are done. Then rest a minute and start the next set. I do 3-4 sets. Doesn’t have to be heavy weights! I only use 5 pounds. #happymonday
