Our Gingerbread Pinecone, back here in Soho for the holiday season. It’s one of my favorite pastries to make each year, with more than 60-70 tiny hand-cut dark chocolate petals surrounding a center of gingerbread mousse, speculoos ganache, and spiced cake glazed with a layer of dark chocolate. Beautiful. 🌲
