This past Summer2020 proved that when I center my integrity through healthy boundaries, people who aren’t really for me fall away. I am so grateful to have chosen my true essence and integrity over someone else’s self serving agenda, or desire, for me to shrink myself into - or show up as- someone I am not. I celebrate my capacity to feel the depths of love and rage and everything in between, tell the truth, take responsibility for my humanity and choices, own my messiness, grow in non-linear ways, stretch and reach, rest and be still, grieve and rebuild, with integrity. I wish you all a wholehearted closure to your 2020. Rest assured I will continue unfolding in ways that bring me unapologetic pleasure and joy. Grateful to participate in meaningful fellowship and community that embodies the challenging and dismantling of systems that oppress and harm. I commit to generating change I may not see in my lifetime. Comfort in this process is not the goal. Discomfort, and what it teaches us to unlearn, is. We move, we build, we liberate.
