Our new winter menu is here to serve healthy winter warmers for the whole family. Created by ARKET Head Chef Martin Berg and his team, the menu combines Northern recipes and influences from afar, emphasising traditional methods and responsibly produced local ingredients. Roasted sweet potatoes, grey peas, beetroots, pickled red cabbage and walnuts rest at the heart of our salads, flatbread pizzas and wraps. Complemented with a rich lentil soup with garam masala notes and a seasonal offering of hot drinks and herbal infusions, the menu is available at selected ARKET Cafés.
