Ingredients:⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ Chicken breasts ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ @Flavorgod Seasonings Italian Zest Seasoning⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 2 tbsp of unsalted butter ⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 8-12oz of sliced mushrooms ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 1/2 of a medium white onion, diced ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 1-2tbsp of minced garlic ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 1/2 cup of dry white cooking wine ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 3/4 cup of chicken broth ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 1/2 cup of heavy cream ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ 2 tbsp of cornstarch or alternative ⁣⁣⁣⁠
▫️ Seasonings: salt, pepper, dried basil leaves and dried oregano ⁣⁣⁣⁠
⁣⁣⁣⁠
Instructions:⁣⁣⁣⁠
• In a skillet on medium heat with olive oil, ⁣sear your seasoned chicken breasts. Cook until browned on both sides & set aside. ⁣⁣⁠
• In the same skillet, turn heat to medium low and add your butter. Let melt and then throw in your sliced mushrooms. Cook until browned on both sides and tender. After, throw in your diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent. ⁣⁣⁠
• Once done, add your dry white cooking wine, chicken broth, heavy cream, basil and oregano. Turn heat to medium heat and let it boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add in your cornstarch or alternative thickening agent, and stir. Turn heat down to low and let it simmer until sauce thickens. ⁣⁣⁠
• Once thick, add your chicken in the mushroom white wine sauce and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. ⁣⁣⁠

This came out so delicious! I love love love mushrooms and the combination of flavors were just perfect. Perfect to pair over mashed potatoes, rice, quinoa, or literally any side dish you want! ⁣⁣⁠
