Even the family station wagon could be turned into a proper gasser, as demonstrated by the '64 Nova Hot Wheels die-cast known as "Jerry-Rigged".⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ While advancing technology and tire construction made the gasser obsolete for competition, the style is thriving today and it's not hard to see why.
