Felt a bit flat today. Sleep hasn’t been great this week so I hit a wall today. The kids were slightly climbing the walls and I was not on my A game. What did I learn from it? That I am awful at relaxing and feel slightly lost when I haven’t got a goal no matter how small. Also that it is impossible to be the ‘perfect parent’ when sleep is lacking and that is ok. ALSO that fluffy socks and sliders look ridiculous but are the perfect Sunday combo when wanting to stay warm and dodge floor dwelling Lego. Feeling lighter now the bra’s off and I’m about to watch The Crown. Simple pleasures. Happy Sunday night to you lovelies.
