After my dad passed away, I wanted to be home for a bit for my little sister, mom, and brother. I have so much good in my life, but I’ve been pretty stressed out lately. In times of chaos I think it’s a really good opportunity to practice how you react. Choosing peace, silencing your mind, and letting go of what you can’t control, and being realistic, and honest about what you can control. Being productive with my thoughts and emotions is super important to me, and I’m trying my best right now. 😂 If nothing in life is ever going to be perfect might as well get comfortable with the imperfections now.
