Flavorgod Seasoningsさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Flavorgod SeasoningsInstagram)「✨ SWEET POTATO COTTAGE PIE ✨⁣ by customer @mandaameals using @flavorgod Everything Seasoning! - ⁣Add delicious flavors to your meals!⬇️ Click link in the bio -> @flavorgod www.flavorgod.com - Ingredients: ⁣ ▫️ 4 small sweet potatoes 🍠 ⁣ ▫️ 1/4 cup of milk⁣ ▫️ 1-2 tbsp of butter ⁣ ▫️ 1/8 tsp of nutmeg⁣ ▫️ 1lb of lean ground beef ⁣ ▫️ 1/4 of a large white onion 🧅 ⁣ ▫️ 1 tbsp of minced garlic ⁣ ▫️ 1/4 cup of tomato sauce ⁣ ▫️ 1 cup of steamed mixed veggies ⁣ ▫️ @flavorgod Everything Seasoning ⁣ ⁣ Instructions:⁣ Sweet Potato Mash: ⁣ • Peel and dice up your sweet potatoes. In a pot filled with cold water, add your diced potatoes and then turn on high heat. Cover and let it cook until fork tender. Once it’s done, drain and mash up your sweet potatoes. You can use a masher or throw it in a food processor/blender and purée it. Add in your milk, salt, nutmeg and butter. Mix well. ⁣ Ground Beef Filling:⁣ • In a skillet on medium heat with olive oil, add your diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant. Add in your ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Everything Seasoning by Flavor God. Cook until beef is cooked thoroughly. ⁣ • I bought SteamFresh mixed veggies, so I cooked them in the microwave real quick & then tossed the mixed veggies in with my ground beef.⁣ • Once you’re all done, add your mashed sweet potato over the ground beef and spread evenly.⁣ • Make sure your oven is preheated to 350 degrees and then bake your cottage pie for 20 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ Sweet potatoes are a staple fall ingredient and I LOVED IT for this dish! I’ve tried this with regular potatoes and cauliflower mash and all have been amazing. So excited this came out well 🤩⁣ Easy. Minimal ingredients.
