I always thought tennis wasn't for me because I didn't grow up playing. But F that! I love it. I'm just starting out and not very good yet, but I'm having so much fun. Unlike yoga, where my mind can wander, I'm always thinking about my form, footwork, or where I want to hit the ball. By the time my hour is over, I genuinely feel like I have taken a break from the 19 billion things I have to do in a day. Thank Tennis!! What do you guys do to take a mental breather from your days?
