FYI, I was 52kg pre-Primo! 😂 so I gained a permanent 2kg with each kid 😅 although this time, I’m hoping to work my way to 54kg, so I still have a fair way to go. Am I gonna get there? Who knows! 😂 but I’m gonna try! I reached a plateau awhile back. I was stuck at 62kgs. It wasn’t until I changed a few things with my eating when I started to see change again. So I just wanna do a shoutout to @harviedebaron and the @baronmethod team for helping me get on track with my eating 😊 Working out isn’t a problem for me but the eating is a challenge coz this mama loves her sweets and bread! 😂 @baronmethod helped me develop an eating habit that is doable with all factors considered like breastfeeding, amount of workout and sleep, food deliveries, etc. I haven’t gone hardcore but it’s been 50 days since and I can really feel and see the difference with the changes I’ve made.
