@emily_c99 had us over to make this simple, flavor-packed sheet-pan dinner, one of her fave ways to use a block of tofu (with the help of our new Five Two Essential Half Sheet Pan!). Thanks to the punchy, salty-tangy-sweet marinade, a quick soak is all that’s needed to flavor the tofu from the inside-out. Follow that up with lots of tangled, shredded Brussels sprouts (that get nicely charred and caramelized around the edges), and you've got a meal on your hands.
