Dad use to wake me up every morning early so I could surf before school. For me, achieving something early in the morning really sets the tone of the day. Especially if it’s physical exercise, I also like to have the feeling of having already achieved something before 8am. It also allows me to not make excuses for myself in the afternoon because I’m too tired to exercise.
