If you don’t, start! The physical benefits are obvious, the mental ones are endless. You’ll find that stretching not only relaxes your body but it relaxes your mind, clears unproductive thoughts, and relieves general stress. You can amplify the mental benefits by listening to a guided meditation or simply practicing any mindfulness exercise. Repetition is key, ideally daily.
Sometimes it’s hard to get out of your own head & negative thought patterns.
