Moules Marinière with cream, garlic & parsley AND spaghetti carbonara.

Random duo but so effing good.
Mussels from @bethnal_green_fish rinsed and steamed in sautéed onion, garlic & parsley, white wine & cream. S&P. Serve with crusty bread.
Carbonara - garlic, pancetta fried off. Lift the spaghetti in once it has boiled. Do not drain...pasta water is your friend. Remove from heat and stir in beaten egg, grated Parmesan with S&P. Top with fresh red chilli & parsley.
