It’s National NAIDOC Week. NAIDOC Week, which typically runs from the first Sunday in July but this year will be held from 8 to 15 November, celebrates the true history of this country and acknowledges that First Nations people have occupied Australian land for more than 65,000 years. The 2020 theme is ‘Always Was, Always Will Be' and reminds us that the sovereignty of First Nations people was never ceded.
