Guide by @jenerous White folx- being so “outraged” by racism that we can’t have effective conversations about anti-racism with other white people does not help BIPOC. We must build the skills, tools, and do the personal work necessary to make sure that we can MOVE other white people further into anti-racism, not just shame them and then wonder why they don’t get it.
