During Saturday’s Qualifying Practice, the pressure was unberable... I only had one last chance to get Pole Position and getting it was crucial for the result of Sunday’s race.
When we put that last new soft tyre I said to myself: “Jorge, you are more prepared than ever, it’s time to show the best version of you.”
I went out there and got that incredible lap time of 1.30.011.
It was probably the moment where I got closer to perfection in my entire career.
