Kayaking in front of the Austin skyline was amazing! 🚣🏻‍♂️オースティンスカイラインの前川でカヤックする最高でした。🤩

I get a lot of questions about how to stay in shape and also not feel guilty when trying to indulge in the culinary favorites from places I travel to.

1: stay active! go to the gym, and if you can’t do that, do active things, walk, hike, or go kayaking. Find activities that will keep you active, it’s adventurous and good for you!

2: indulge yourself! There is nothing wrong with indulging yourself even if it means having to work a little bit harder when you get home. You’ve gotta enjoy your life!
