Workshop Diseño y Construcción recently completed an 86-square-meter home located in the northern part of the Yucatan Peninsula in Merida, Mexico. The plot of land only spans 105 square meters which required the architects to go vertical to accommodate the pool, garden and patio. Black framed windows open up the mezzanine-level bedroom to the kitchen and dining spaces, and oversized folding glass doors blur the line between inside and outside.
