Half asleep but here’s a lil workout to get this Monday started. Kinda sloppy this morn but got it in. Last slide shows the workout if you want to try it out! Thank you @teamturningpoint 💥 !! Also-FOR THE PISTOL SQUATS- I showed two different variations... so anyone can choose to do regular or do the modification by using a pole to assist. You can do 3-5 each leg for the stand alone... or 10 each keg for the assisted.
