Bubble Bubble Toil & Trouble…. With Sienna in bed I thought I’d treat myself to some ‘me time’ and submerge myself into some luxurious bubbles. Baths used to be an every night ritual, a chance for me to wind down from the day, relax and indulge in all my favourite beauty routines. These days I’m lucky if I get pamper time twice a month (although trying to build back up to every Sunday) so when I do it’s a real treat not only for me but also my hair.
 
As you know I experienced some post-partum hair fall after Sienna was born, so whilst running my bath I apply the @kerastase_official Genesis nourishing hair mask which targets stress on the hair fibres and breakage and let it work it’s magic whilst I read a good book and take a moment for myself.
