🍠 🐸🕷#tbt to two weeks ago when we pulled these beauties up - and, also, to 4 days ago when they were perfect in the curing process (see third photo 😢) i left em in a little too long. check my story for the update. it’s still all good, i just have an emergency 🆘 #sweetpotato cooking to be done). the cooking photos are from the first batch - the purple ones. i have some stored and frozen! so much deliciousness - and they got nice and sweet in the curing process. at the advice of one of you kind people out there, i set up a portable heater and bucket of water under a sealed nook i made in my outdoor grill. 4 days ago they were perfect. today - a little less so. this #amateurfarmer is learning more each year! still one more batch to harvest. 👩🏼🌾 thank you to my friend @elizabethonline for helping me dig up the bounty
