"Here’s a dupe on CPK’s Chicken Tequila Pasta without the pasta. This is my all time go-to dish at the restaurant and I’m thrilled to make it at home. It’s chicken which is marinaded in tequila, lime and spices with bell peppers and onions topped with a creamy sauce tequila sauce."⁠

Boneless chicken thighs or breast⁠
2 Tbls Lime juice⁠
Lime zest from one lime⁠
Everything seasoning by Flavor God or Salt⁠
Pepper⁠
Cumin⁠
Coriander⁠
1/3 cup Tequila⁠

Combine all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Bake. grill, pan fry or air fry the chicken until fully cooked.⁠

1 red bell pepper⁠
1 yellow, orange or green bell pepper⁠
1/2 large onion sliced⁠
1/2 jalapeno diced⁠
Olive oil⁠

Tequila cream sauce⁠
-⁠
2 garlic cloves minced⁠
Olive oil⁠
1/2 cup Tequilla⁠
1 cup cream⁠
1 cup chicken broth⁠
1 lime juiced and zested⁠
Salt⁠

Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the tequila and simmer to cook out the alcohol. Next add the cream, chicken broth, lime and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Pour over the chicken and veggies and enjoy!⁠
