It’s a little town with rolling hills and a rugged shore that is nothing less than a magical setting out of a storybook. One of our family’s most treasured memories from this town was a bottlenose dolphin named Fungie who roamed in the Dingle harbor for 37 years! (Keep in mind that the median age of a bottlenose dolphin in the wild is between 8 and 17 years). ⁣ ⁣ The town loved him and my family and I quickly fell in love with him too. We first met Fungie on a boat trip; he was super friendly, swam close enough to touch, and literally jumped out of the water to kiss my sister @paigecarlylehoward! He truly loved everyone.
