BREAKING: Keith Raniere, the leader of NXIVM and the sex trafficking ring it is now known for, was sentenced to 120 years in prison. The effective life sentence follows his conviction last year on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, conspiracy, forced labor, identity theft, sexual exploitation of a child, and possession of child pornography.
