— Prime the lids with a small amount of Sublime Perfection Concealer in ‘LIGHT 5’
— Add depth to the inner & outer half of the lid with ‘DIVINE DAHLIE’ pigment
— Use a small blending brush to diffuse the pigment outwards
— Sweep ‘GOLDEN POLARIS’ pigment across the lid with a fluffy brush lightly dampened with Mehron Mixing Liquid
— Define the outer half of the lash line with Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner in ’XTREME BLACK’
— Use a small detail brush to soften the edges of the pencil & extend outwards into a small wing
— Smudge PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in ’XTREME BLACK’ along the lower lash line
— Layer ‘HYPNOTIQUE’ pigment on top of the pencil along the lower lash line with a small detail brush
— Line the lash line with Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner & extend into a wing
— Apply Dark Star Mascara & false lashes
— Highlight the inner corner with ‘GOLDEN POLARIS’ pigment
