ヴィッキー・パティソンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ヴィッキー・パティソンInstagram)「Over the last couple months I’ve had a number of people ask me, with varying degrees of politeness- what i have done to my teeth! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️😩! So I thought I’d just pop a little post explaining it all up here to avoid anymore confusion or potentially rude and insensitive interactions!! In a world where everyone seems to have a mouth full of veneers or a gleaming set of perfect pearly whites I felt a lot of pressure to have my smile look a certain way. But ultimately I don’t want to look like everyone else- just the best version of MY self! And quite frankly the whole veneer process terrifies me beyond belief so I paid my friend @teeth_by_teki a visit and he talked me through my options! I like my smile, I always get compliments on my teeth and the last thing I wanted to do was ruin its natural charm- so we decided that a course of Invisalign would be the best plan for my smile goals and that is what you guys have been spotting in my mouth! It’s kind of like a clear brace that fits around your teeth, a bit like a mouth guard to slowly change the position of your teeth over time! The end result is of course lovely straight teeth and a big wide smile! But ultimately and what was most important to me, is that it was making the best out of my teeth 😍 You can see from the video projections the teeth on the bottom of my mouth are quite crooked and have some over laps- most probably a throwback of my love for my dummy!! 😂😩🤦🏻‍♀️ But @teeth_by_teki has assured me that within around 6 months I’ll have a beautiful Hollywood smile and no one will be able to tell I had a dummy til I was 5 😂😂😂 I’ve been wearing them for a couple months so far and have noticed an improvement but also have experienced very little pain or discomfort. I’m really excited about seeing the final result and I can’t wait to have proper confidence in my smile!!
