If you don’t like the way things are going in this country, or your state, or your county, or even your city, now is the perfect opportunity to ask yourself how you’d like it all to change, educate yourself on which candidates actually represent the change you wish to see, and vote them into the offices responsible for making those changes. That’s your right. YOURS. So, just make sure that if and when you do vote, you’re voting with YOUR mind, YOUR heart, and YOUR voice. Not the voice of anyone trying to shame or guilt you into voting how THEY think you should vote. You also may find that you yourself are the very person doing the guilting and shaming. You may excuse yourself as it may seem perfectly acceptable to use whatever means necessary to accomplish what you believe to be the “only correct outcome”. You may be thinking to yourself that if your chosen candidate doesn’t get elected, the country will be in worse shape. And you may be right about that. You also may be wrong. The only truth in it all is how you decide to treat those who may disagree with you, or simply not understand what you believe to be irrefutable fact. If your method of coercion is anything other than a true love and value of the lives of those you wish to convert, you are becoming the same monsters you are crusading to slay.
