Air fried those boobies to 15 min at 360 and boom juicy af!"⁠ .⁠ "While this was happening, I grabbed 1 full bag of @greatlowcarb elbow Mac and brought those up to a boil and cooked for 15 min. During this time I sautéed 1/2 diced yellow onion, 1 diced red bell pepper, 1/2 cup of chopped asparagus in some olive oil. Remove from pan to bowl."⁠ .⁠ "Sautéed 5 cloves of minced garlic with 1/2⁠ cup of butter, then added 2 cups of heavy cream, and 2 tbsp of almond flour. Heat that up til gets thicker and whisking constantly. When it gets thicker, add 1 1/2 cup of grated parm cheese (or a lil more if you like 😈). Whisk til smooth consistency and then season with salt and pepper."⁠ .⁠ .⁠ "Drain the pasta and add to the cream sauce. Mix and cook til it binds together :) then fold in the cooked veggies.
