So good. 👌🏼 ___________________________________________ Tips for Grinding Coffee: • Weigh an 18g shot of coffee and make an espresso - time it - you’re aiming for a 28-32s pour and the espresso should weigh 36g after extraction giving a 1:2 ratio. If the espresso doesn’t pour quick enough, your grind is too fine.
