Set oven to 400. In a pan put 3 tbs butter, 2 tbs oo. I seasoned them with @redmondrealsalt onion salt, @flavorgod everything spicy and garlic lovers, pepper and parsley. I then sprinkled grated parmesan used Kraft parmesan in the shaker (no judgment zone lol.) Topped that with @porkkinggood cajun crumbs. Wrap them in a half piece of bacon. I baked for 16 mins, then broiled for 2 on low. When it came out I squeezed lemon. The scallops were perfect! They were buttery, not over cooked, and had a perfect crispy top! Perfect sauce too.
