SWIPE & SAVE 👉🏼 One thing I love about exercise (and life in general tbh).....is choice. YOUR choice. You can move your body however feels best, there aren’t any right or wrong ways to stay active - just do what you enjoy. It really is that simple. The same goes for what time you should train during the day. Of course if you’re training for a more targeted goal things might be a little more specific, but in general you can exercise whenever works for you. Personally, I like to workout anytime between 10-3 and I rarely eat a big meal beforehand. But that’s me.
