I know everyone says “self care Sunday” but why not on a Tuesday? I think if you are feeling down or just in need of some self care, if that’s working out or reading a book or just having some alone time, you should do it! No matter the day. To keep yourself mentally happy, don’t wait till the weekend, if you need it, do it. Life is too short to always be waiting till the weekend.
