Let’s talk mindful dating ✨As a newly single gal I’ve really been prioritizing my relationship with myself and my mental health. I’ve been going to therapy, exploring meditation and just spending a lot of time alone. Meditation has not only helped me build a better relationship with myself, helped me to quiet my mind and stay present but has also strengthened my ability to build relationships with others. Dating can be stressful, being vulnerable is scary & overthinking is real.
