As my love for rye develops I try to find new way of incorporating it to my everyday diet.

Yesterday I cooked a pot of rye flakes which turned into aromatic mush. Today I took out couple of spoons, poured over some vanilla yoghurt and added cubes of apples that were fried with butter and honey. Some of honey toasted sunflower seeds to finish.

Strongly recommended. Oats are so 2018 ;)
