1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder @Flavorgod Seasonings honey bbq seasoning⁠
Cooling rack⁠
Baking pan⁠
Instructions⁠
1. Season chicken with honey bbq both sides⁠
2. Put chicken in bag add baking powder and shake up bag - make sure it’s completely distributed⁠
3. Place chicken on cooling rack on baking pan (close together single layer)⁠
4. 220 temp for 25 minutes to dry out meat at lowest rack of oven⁠
5. Raise temp to 400 and place pan to second highest rack of oven for 20 minutes⁠
6. After 20 minutes flip all chicken pieces and allow chicken to bake for 15 more minutes⁠
These wings are perfectly seasoned and moist inside and crispy on the outside.⁠
