— Prep the lid with Sublime Perfection Concealer in ‘LIGHT 5’
— Smudge PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in ’XTREME BLACK’ through the outer corner  
— Use a small blending brush to soften the pencil & blend outwards
— Apply ‘HYPNOTIQUE’ pigment onto the outer half of the lid & blend outwards
— Apply ‘HYPNOTIQUE’ pigment all over the lid using a brush dampened with Mehron Mixing Liquid 
— Define the lower lash line with ‘BLUE BLOOD’ pigment using a small detail brush
— Extend ‘BLUE BLOOD’ pigment along the outer corner with a small detail brush
— Line the lash line with Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner & extend into a wing
— Apply Dark Star Mascara & false lashes
— Highlight the inner corner with ‘HYPNOTIQUE’ pigment
