A day to perhaps start your healing journey. With 2020, being one of the hardest years for soo so so many of us, I just want to remind you that strength doesn’t look the same for each person. YOU are doing great and I’m so proud of you. My mental health journey has not been an easy one and it’s still not over. The body I once saw as a waste of space has now carried three beautiful lives. The little girl I used to look at in the mirror was just trying her hardest. I’m so proud of myself for never giving up. Please don’t ever give up.
