Here are two realllly good core exercises to try. Side Plank Rows (using my Emma Power Bands- click to shop or go to the link in my bio) and Foam Roller Body Saw Plank. I did 3x10 for each. 12 miles this morning with mile repeats, gym session, breakfast made by @aishapraughtleer, now watching season 6 of @schittscreek, then nap and a 4 mile run with Aisha & @morganmcdonald__ this afternoon.
