They probably know it but it feels really great to hear it anyway. 3) Spread some kindness around. Here’s some suggestions: Donate to a charity or an arts program (if you can!), tell someone about an awesome song you just heard (ahem @thenineteentwenty ), remind someone they’re not alone, give someone a book you loved (Patti’s favorite)...the list is infinite and it doesn’t have to be grand or expensive.
