Posted @withregram@stevepipefitness Working with @トーア・ヘナーレ the main focus has been to make him strong in as many ranges of motion as possible due to the nature of his sport which involves constant soft tissue trauma.

In this session we utilized a mobility and stability template to improve range of motion in the hips and ankles and then stabilize those R.O.M.s with uni lateral strength work.

We then introduced a plyometric stimulus through pogo hops and lateral hops to dynamically load his tissue eccentricly.

lastly we finished with two main compound strength movements - an eccentric sumo deadlift for lateral force displacement and joint integrity + strict OH press for upper body strength.
