My most favorite #halloween costume ever. I brought to life Tim Burton's painting: Blue Girl With Wine. I made the costume. I did the makeup. I sang 'This is Halloween' on repeat. I also got in trouble returning to the #gossipgirl set because I couldn't get the blue makeup out of my skin for days! #newyork #halloween 💙🎃
