Steak is my favorite food, and I don't really like a lot of food. So it's extra important to me. My preferred cut is NY Strip, and I like it medium or just a little pink. Timmy thinks it's a crime to cook anything past medium rare, but he loves me. In this episode of WWWW, he is going to teach me how to prepare the perfect steak.
